Booking procedure

What happens after I have re-confirmed the booking? When and how do I get the invoice and travel documents?

After having confirmed the booking, you will get a confirmation/invoice and a security payment certificate by email. A deposit of 20% of the cruise fare is due within 7 days, the  final payment until 6 weeks before departure. As a travel agency, you will receive the travel documents about 4 weeks before departure.

Short-term bookings (less than 6 weeks before departure) can only be paid by credit card.
